Plastic in hand!!!

I got my plastic today! 33 days from mailbox to mailbox. I am shocked at the speed of the whole process considering the onslaught of applications they are dealing with. I'm going to have to settle for a Brookshires walk, Walmart is just too far. This forum has been quite informational and I look forward to continuing my perusal until I can shed my newbie name tag.

Still waiting on my Crossbreed holster though. I can't believe DPS beat Crossbreed to the punch, I ordered the same day I mailed my packet.

I ordered my Crossbreed on the 7th of January and I have not had any email notices from them dealing with the manufacturing or shipping process. I stumbled across Old Faithful holsters today that you can assemble yourself and I am wondering if that would have been better. They are roughly half the price so I think it would be worth trying. I guess I will keep them in mind for future purchases, 4-6 weeks is just too long!

Between waiting for CHL application status updates, waiting for my Beltman gun belt, and waiting for someplace to get in some ammo, it seems like all I am doing is waiting. I did get my White Hat Max-Tuck holster in last week though. Took about 4 weeks to get it.
