Renewal question

Hi new here, but I hope you all can answer this. Sent in all my renewal paperwork and received a letter in the mail saying they can't process it in time . It says to return that letter and "On-Demand Letter. Do any of you know what that is?
I couldn't find that any where on there web site and all their people are to back logged to talk on phone

Welcome to the forum. I'm not familiar with anything like that. If you have it close at hand, you might give us a little more of the text from the letter.
When is does your current CHL expire?

Thanks for the welcome. Letter states" your renewal application cannot be processed
At this time due to following error: use on- demand letter". I sent an email yesterday
Plus over 30 times trying to call.
