Nasty roaming dogs

Here we go again with loose dogs. Looks like strays this time. I'm guessing it'll be just a matter of time before we hear something else about these critters.

I'm kinda surprised that nobody has 'taken care of them' yet after all these problems. This is the type of neighborhood I moved out of. I do not miss it. I got so sick and tired of that garbage going on and the uselessness of animal control.
