If you need some inspiration in your life...this is story of my friend, Surgicalcric. He is a Special Forces Medic (18D) and was serving a tour in Afghanistan, when he was hit by an IED in October of 2012, he has an absolutely jaw dropping story.

His progression has been outstanding but what is even more amazing is his attitude and ability to overcome his situation.

A great story. Thanks for posting. RIght up there is this one I have been holding on to. I have been using it to help myself lose weight and get in shape. If this man can do this I can do anything. The only easy day was yesterday!
