Bank Employee Shoots Robber

Post by SC1903A3 »

Bank employee with a concealed handgun license in Trimble Mo. shoots a bank robber. Robbers gun says "Replica" on the side. Employees gun says "357" on the side. :thumbs2:

Dumb bank!!!!!! If they would just put a toy gun buster sign and display 60.03, none of this would have happened.

for those of you that don't know penal code 60.03 it is:
"Pursuant to Section 60.03, Penal Code (trespass by holder of a replica concealed or displayed handgun),you may not enter this property with a replica handgun";

We joke about "don't bring a knife to a gunfight", but this is even a bigger FAIL: don't bring a plastic toy gun to a gunfight.

The .357 round in the jaw apparently did substantial damage, but he is lucky it wasn't a .44 Magnum that would "blow his head clear off" (at least according to Inspector Callahan .... :mrgreen: )

Just spoke to Clint and he said, "this is what I said." :biggrinjester:

"I know what you're thinking. "Did he fire six shots or only five?" Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself. But being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?"

Just like in the film "Snatch." Cept'n Bullet Tooth Tony's gun said "Desert Eagle Point Five-O."

Best line in action movie history. All other muscle-headed moron's one- liners ("I'll be back" etc) pale in comparison

Snatch was filmed in the U K. So probably even the Desert Eagle point five oh was a replica.

Trimble has a population of 646 people. These small towns usually have a police chief who is also a business owner in town and the Chief job is not his only function. They are probably lucky to have someone who is even as well spoken and presentable as this gentleman is.
