Man Killed By Two Guns

Post by Excaliber »

Can't be you say. Guns don't kill people, people do.

You may need to reword that to include "usually" after you read this account of how two guns, aided by a truck and a bumpy road, got together and fatally shot a burglar who was making his getaway from the scene of a crime.

The gun that discharged the fatal shot happened to be an AR15. The gun that pulled the trigger was a shotgun.

You can't make this stuff up.

Who says there's no justice in this world?

Details here.

Someone from Mendoza's family will eventually sue the owner of the gun for leaving it where it could be stolen, and not providing a lock when the thief took possession. This story would make for a great episode of World's Dumbest Criminals!

Family sues Firearms manufactures in 3, 2, 1... Followed after a loss in court or case dismissal with a civil suite against the farm owners for failure to store the weapons in a condition and location there son could not have gained access to them. Eric Holder will step in to see if a federal law has been broken, and if not, will recommend that POTUS enacts a retroactive executive order that holds farm owners responsible to store deadly Semi automatic sniper-assault weapons unloaded, disassembled and bolts welded to the bareal :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

They could just call them "super scary whatever terrifies you" guns.

The obvious progressive solution is a new law (what else) to jail any crime victims whose stolen weapons are handled unsafely by the thief when said unsafe handling leads to injury or death of said criminal.

After all, we shouldn't let any opportunity to oppress innocent productive citizens with more laws that do nothing to reduce criminal conduct go to waste.

Precisely.

It's how these folks really think - if you can call it that.
