Is this going to be the sort of thing that would be equivalent to that "pre-crime" thing in the movie "Minority Report"? Citizens being arrested because "studies show" that certain types of twitching motions are "indicative of potential criminal activity"? The sad thing is that every technological advance that can be used for good, can be mis-used as well.
