Well I finally got it all completed. Mailing the package tomorrow. I am now in the waiting room..

Don't mail it, do the online submission using the contact us page on the DPS website.

I did the online application, its all the other paperwork I am mailing Discharge, CHL100, CHL6 , photos, check list and pictures . Is there another way to do it?

Yes, you can upload all your documents using this link:

http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/rsd/contact/default.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Select the CHL program and then you can continue. You will get an email in a week or so saying they received your comments.
