WHITEFISH, Mont. (AP) -- A Montana man shot and killed the host of the Sportsman Channel show "A Rifleman's Journal" while the TV personality was visiting the shooter's wife, police said Friday.

Whoa! I wonder why he killed himself. If there really was something going on he probably/might have been justified. I do feel sorry for the Rifleman guy's family and the shooter's son and the wife if there wasn't anything going on.
I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.

That's the first thing I thought! My DVR still records every episode of the greatest show known to modern man when it comes on...

Sounds like there may be a lot more to this story than what we are reading.

The Western's back then did not have a lot of aiming with the gun's sights.

The TV host was from Sugarland. RIP. The shooter committed suicide afterwards.

Wow, he was a local guy and I used to read his articles in the gun magazines.
