Fort Worth didn't approve anything. They're just citing what's in accordance with State law.
BTW, the capitol was never prohibited either, I call the 2nd line the express lane. It's been said that folks that are in and out of the capitol a lot got CHL's so they would get in and out faster using the express lane.

It was very unclear if they had court offices at City Hall.
It's not about Fort Worth approving it or not. It's about if they have prohibited offices, such as court offices, that exclude concealed carry inside city hall. There are plenty of other city halls running around Texas that are off limits to us.
