I'm 5' 11", 175 lb. and carry a Glock 19 with everything from jeans and a t-shirt to a suit.
Spend the money and get a good belt and holster. That's the key. You won't regret it.

Just curious what brand of holster and mag pouch you use? Just ordered a Gen 4 G19 last week and I'm curious about carry holsters that work well. Thanksbdickens wrote:I'm 5' 11", 175 lb. and carry a Glock 19 with everything from jeans and a t-shirt to a suit.

I have a Comp-Tac CTAC. There are lots of good options out there; ask around and try a few out to see what works for you. The belt I don't remember but I think I spent about $75 on it.

I am 5' 6" at 155 and I have been carrying a Sig P226 for over 3 years at the 230 position on a 7/24 with a tee-shirts and shorts and my normal work clothes. You just have to adjust what you wear.

I have had good luck go to DeepConceal.com get one of their light canvas shoulder holsters wear
a snap type cowboy shirt over it great conceal and easy access. Get a shirt that is a size
larger than you usually wear . Wear the shirt tucked loosely in your pants no printing
and you can go to public rest rooms no problem
