WTS Sig P226 Elite .357sig/.40S&W

I'm selling my Sig P226 Elite Nitron (.357sig/.40S&W) I bought the gun new from Top Gun Supply back in 2009. Pistol has 1,000 rds of Speer (100gr) frangible ammo run through it. Gun runs great, simply just don't need it anymore. I also have Mil Spec Crimson trace laser grips for it if anyone is interested. Both barrels are factory Sig Sauer barrels, also comes with (4) 12rd Sig Sauer Magazines. 3 are blued, 1 is phosphate coated. I prefer FTF transaction with someone with a CHL. I'm willing to meet in anywhere in the greater Houston area.
