logging in to CHL update site

is there a trick to this? i sent all my info in last month, and applied online in january. just tried to log in for the first time, and it couldn't find me. after 2 opr 3 tries, i tried it without the leading "0" in my dl, they added a 0 to it years ago so i assume it is a required part of my number. when i clicked submit, it grinded away for a minute before telling me i exceeded my number of login attempts and have to wait 24 hrs. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr......

Are you trying the 8 digit number or the about 20 digit number on your DL?
If the longer, use the shorter one that is preceeded by DL (on my license it has 4d next to it- like a section or field number)
