In his probably only correct action as Attorney General Eric Holder recently ruled that it is ok to videotape police in the performance of their duties and arresting the videotaper for disturbing the peace violated three constitutional rights. However, apparently the Omaha police did not get the word. In this case a second videotaper caught the whole thing including the first videotaper being arrested. It is thought the first videotapers video has been "misplaced".
Not often Omaha makes the news.

I liked these statements:
Octavious Johnson was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, obstructing police and reckless driving.
Juaquez Johnson was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and obstructing police. He is on probation after a conviction last month on a felony charge of attempted methamphetamine possession.
