I've said it before and I will say it again. This is the result of a busted excuse for a culture, "engineered" and perpetuated by the Democrat Party, which controls almost every large urban area in this nation. I don't care what color of skin the perpetrator has, these sorts of crime SHOULD net the same harsh and unwavering justice.
