Packet mailed off today

Ok well now I'm joining the waiting list. Finally got the last of my documents together and mailed off my packet. Now the wait begins. I'm 99% sure all my documents are in order and all requirements have been met. I don't expect any problems "legally" so everything should be smooth sailing for the next 30 days

The last thing I needed was my "Born out of Country" document and if I understood it correctly, a copy of my passport would suffice. It's kind of confusing the way it's worded in their site and makes it seem like you need more than one document for proof, but after a little research I believe they only wanted one form of proof or so I hope

ok, 14 days in and no change on the DPS website. Not that im surprised though from following what others have posted. I just thought I would post something regarding this. I'm really not expecting anything to change until probably 25 - 30 days. I know it's there since I did mail confirmation when I mailed it so I'm assuming it's just sitting there in a big pile and once they actually touch it the updates will come and shortly after I'll have plastic in hand.

I mailed mine in on the 12th of March. Still no change but considering the other post I think this is the norm. Let me know if you get a status change. And I will do the same for you.

3-7-13-Application online completed and paid
3-8-13 -Fingerprints completed
3-9-13- Class completed
3-11-13 -Mailed all paperwork to DPS
Still waiting for update to happen...

Mailed off the Wifes 3-19, not sure who is more impatient her or me. Just glad she finally got it done.

I mailed mine around the middle of March (~15th) and no status change yet.

I completed my renewal app online 3-25 and submitted paperwork electronically right after finishing the app. Just got off the phone with DPS and verified they had everything. Now just a matter of waiting. Current CHL doesn't expire until September so no rush.

Thought I'd chime in since I'm around the same mailing date as you guys.

Completed packet sent via priority mail on Mar 8th. No status change as of yet. Hoping within two weeks based on others experience.

Ok, just to update my status. Finally show's some progress from the "waiting on materials" (I think that's what it said), only took 6 weeks and 4 days. Now still waiting on background and license so finally seeing some progress.

I was starting to wonder but if it wasn't for this site and everyones timeline postings I would have been worried that my packet was lost even though I show it was delivered through tracking. Everyone else hang in there, it's coming

Now on monday status changed to shows background check completed and manufacturing pending. Today is shows as Manufacturing so one more step to go and I'll have plastic

still waiting for my plastic. Showed mailed on May 15th. and now 22nd. and still nothing in my mailbox. I guess it's sitting in a pile waiting for someone to grab a stack and send to the post office.

Congrats. I got mine on 5-11 site showed mailed on 5.7 postmark was 5-9
