Mail in app:Do you get the online checklist?

I mailed my app and packet on 2/28. I try to log in on DPS website and I get the *Error no information found* message. Will I get the checklist letting me know the status of my application like others who did the online app?

Reason I did not do the online app is cause I did not know about it till after I mailed everything off otherwise I would have done it. Im waiting for DPS to send me my letter to go get my fingerprints done but its going on 6 weeks now I have not had a update.

You have to wait for DPS to enter your application in the system. Once they have done that you will be able to check status.

Thanks. Today is day 40 since DPS received my app and packet and still no update.

If you haven't done your fingerprints yet, I would schedule that ASAP. If you need to call DPS to find out how, do that today.

I can't. I tried to get on L1 website and schedule but I cannot cause Im not in DPS system yet. If you do the mail in application you have to wait till DPS enters your info into their system and sends the letter to schedule your fingerprints. I have no choice but to wait for DPS, out of my hands.
