Arrested for wearing camo?

I can't wait to get home and put on my camo pants and NRA t-shirt and my combat boots and go for a stroll around the Galleria. But I don't think I will wear the face paint though, that might be a little overkill.

Where I grew up not wearing camo was suspicious.

They appear to be very unlikely to get frostbite on the face...

I've been wearing a camo t-shirt outside all day.

Plus, I sport hirsute adornment on me visage.

I'd blend with the DD boys...

I just miss dipping, chewing and smoking cigars.

No more tobacco unless I get to die a slow lingering and then by gum I'll be doing all three - at the same time.

You have to have a charge to take somebody into custody. That will be interesting.

Basic search and seizure 101

detention + movement = arrest. If they took him into custody and transported him, they had to arrest him. If they just questioned him there it was a detention and he wasn't taken into custody.

This getting out of hand! You should always dress appropriately when visiting our nation's hallowed places. :smilelol5: "rlol"

I thought a person could be held up to 48 or 72 hours before charges must be filed or they had to be released. No?

Pants half off your butt, tattoo's all over your face and a hoodie and no one better say a word or you might yell racism.
But put on camo and you're detained.
Be without fear in the face of your enemies.
Stand brave and upright that the Lord may love thee.
Speak the truth always even if it means your death.
Protect the helpless and do no wrong!
