True, and depending on how there computer inventory is updated, it might be inaccurate by the time it is updated.JJVP wrote:Anything more than a minute old is going to be inaccurate.C-dub wrote:That is sometimes the case, but on the website, there is also a date for the status. I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.

Two other good resources:
http://www.gunbot.net/ammo/
http://www.wikiarms.com/
They are both similar, except the 2nd one has a nicer GUI, and they both seem to be accurate reporters of ammo price and availability.

Re: Wal-Mart Ammo Lookup Site
I checked for San Antonio stores about 11pm last night and showed limited stock at a Walmart nearish to me so I went a little after 9am this morning. All out. The clerk says they stock overnight and then start selling at 7am. He had twenty guys in line this morning at 7am. I double-checked the sight and the status at 8:0? said out of stock. It seems to work, I'm just not going to start lining up at 6am.C-dub wrote:True, and depending on how there computer inventory is updated, it might be inaccurate by the time it is updated.JJVP wrote:Anything more than a minute old is going to be inaccurate.C-dub wrote:That is sometimes the case, but on the website, there is also a date for the status.
