No need to ban, yet. However, maybe a universal background check would help reduce crime.

This is horrible. We need to move right past a ban, right past background checks and move to confiscate all bulldozers. Do it for the children . . . or the whales . . . or the little salamaner with a funny name that no one has ever seen before.
