In Kingwood (ritzy Houston suburb) Saturday, a 19-year-old man was severely injured. According to reports, allegedly, etc., the ash from a cigar that he was smoking set off an improvised explosive that he was carrying with the intention to "“blow up turtles.”
No turtles were harmed.
