Anyone who has ridden MC can fully appreciate how well the officer controlled his bike. Turning corners and accelerating at those speeds can be quite dangerous. It just takes a little gravel or liquid on the road to wash out one of your tires. Consider me impressed.

I wonder what model and brand of motor cycle he was driving as it seemed very quiet?

I know not all drive Harleys...
I would guess it to be the BMW.

You can clearly see the V-twin engine. That ain't no BMW.

Didn't see any V-Twin but did notice the electric adjusting windshield.
This is a BMW 1200 Police.

One of the 3 shown in the link below of the Florence Al. motor division.

I think the difference in bikes is some of the posters are referring to the bike chase with the MC cop in the original post that started it, some are talking about the exhibition rider in the second video..

 Yep. I was talking about the rodeo rider and had forgotten all about the chase.

Couldn't tell if it was a bimmer or an ST1300. Decent riding and props to the investigator in the blue plaid for being fast.

It is the BMW, watch the vid 0:14-0:16.. see the electronically controlled windscreen come up in position as he gains speed.. that is exclusively a BMW deal on the police bike offerings.. and and stop the Vid at at 0:19 you get a full shot from the riders position of the bars / controls up to the windscreen... than is ALL BMW RT1200-P
No way to confuse that with the other offerings.
