This is an appeals court case from Feb. I find this type of case interesting and thought I'd share. In this case there is a convicted felon arrested for having a gun however, there is question on the admisability of the evidence because of the nature of the detention and probable cause. One of the probably cause issues dealt with is the seeing a gun on a person in an open carry state. It's a long article.
