Documents not received now?

New guy here. I have enjoyed reading about all your adventures in this new endeavor we have all entered into. Here is my story to add to the fray...

I emailed all my documents via their web page in early May ( 1st or 2nd day). I got no response. Then I emailed on the 9th saying I did not get a reply about received documents. The 10th of May I get an email saying we did receive the documents and they have been forwarded to processing....

Fast forward to June 10th I get another email: "Thank you for using the Regulatory Services Division’s website
No documents have been attached. Please resubmit another email with the attached required documents."

Just resent all documents again, but used the "problem with application" header from the upload site.
I know they are snowed under but to get a response to an email a month old? Anyone else have a problem like this so far?

I sent mine in by USPS snail mail in a docoment mailer. Maybe they will get yours this time! Hang in there. are you doc in PDF format?

I sent in PDF format, so we will see what happens this time.

May be Mail docs Over night priority (Certified) as a last resort. Make copies of everythin first. Just a sujestion.

One more thing. Some email providers have an attachment limits like gmail. The email gets there with no attachment.

Thanks for the idea. I will give it a few days to see if they follow up on my inquiry first. I do not like the "form" where you attach documents to it and send it in like that. A regular email address posted so you can attach and upload like that would be far simpler than what they have. ( at least that is the way it worked for me with FireFox)

Just a little grumpy I guess after waiting 6 weeks to find out....

I got an email 2 hours After I resubmitted my documents. Today I see this... Interesting. At least I know they have it!

Congrats on the update Like you said, at least you know they received your stuff. Now for the seemingly unpredictable wait on our background check

Congrats, you will have your chl very soon now. Its in the pile to be manufactured then mailed. fyi mine laid in a pile for 2 days before mailed accroding the the website and the postmark on the envelope.
