Supposedly someone called threatening to bring a gun onto the campus? :headscratch

Looks like a potential suicide. Also looks like he never made it to campus.
The campus reopened at about 9:30 a.m. after police made contact with the suspect in a north Dallas apartment.

Police said the armed student surrendered to SWAT officers without incident.
