That's what I did. Wasn't worried about the pretensioned cables....didn't drill quite that far.

Should be obvious, but....don't use a standard drill to bore into the foundation, you'll need a hammer drill .

Use LDT anchors from Red Head. Much easier to install and if you ever move the safe you can just zip them out and fill in the holes with grout. Plus you won't have to lift the safe over the stud if a wedge anchor to move it.
