"Tingles" Matthews - Hardball live from Boston
So at the gym the cardio machine I use has a television right in front of it unchangeably tuned to MSNBC. Today Hardball was doing the show live from Faneuil Hall in Boston and the broadcast had attracted a modest crowd that he was mingling with and interviewing about a so-called "center-left" candidate for U.S. Senate in 2014. I got to thinking how cool it would be to bring a bullhorn to one of these live feeds and shout him down from close range. I guess I could be arrested for disturbing the peace, but to deliver some of the choice words I have pent up for him would be well worth it (as long as it's just a class C misdemeanor). If he ever did one of these broadcasts in Texas, would you be tempted to bullhorn him?

A PC 42.01 Disorderly Conduct charge is cause for suspension of a CHL, or ineligibility for a CHL.
And a conviction is cause for revocation of a CHL.
Range Rule: "The front gate lock is not an acceptable target."

Way to spoil what sounded like a perfectly fun and reasonable idea...sjfcontrol wrote:Careful now...Redneck_Buddha wrote:So at the gym the cardio machine I use has a television right in front of it unchangeably tuned to MSNBC. If you can convince a non-CHL buddy to do it, I don't see any laws agains "conspiracy to commit disorderly conduct" or "aiding disorderly conduct before the fact".

I am not a lawyer. This is NOT legal advice.!
