Going to a 51% business when it's closed?

Does the rule about 51% bars also count when the bar isn't open? I take paperwork to businesses sometimes at are red signed but before the bar has actually opened.

51% doesn't have a time on it, so I doubt anyone can say "it s LEGAL"
I would err on the side of caution and not carry.

:iagree: If it's closed because they went out of business you may be OK but otherwise it's a 51% premises.

Ewe...the addition of 'during business hours' would be a nice update to the statute. That would only really work if they can only sell during business hours though, not sure thats the case. As it is not currently there I wouldn't test it personally.
