Either way.....Thanks, China!
IMO, that's a silly theory.
There is no need for China to activity pursue discrediting the Obama administration. He is doing a fine job of that all by himself.

He's now in Russia and said to be seeking asylum in Ecuador. He is traveling with legal advisers to WikiLeaks.

I hold a current secret clearance through the Navy. I have no patience for the people who pursue people like Snowden when they leak secrets to the press every day for political advantage. When I was in the Navy, had I leaked my knowledge of what I was doing, I would have been prosecuted and imprisoned. Yet some suit who wanted to take anonymous credit (and journalistic creds) leaked the entire program to the Readers Digest. You can only imagine the frustration of knowing that what would have put me in prison put some suit in the good graces with the press.

Until the government is willing to go after the "government official" leakers in government (Executive and Legislative branches) I have no sympathy for them complaining about what Snowden has done - which is expose them for the hypocrites that they are. They want us to think that they can vacuum up any information they want and yet they'll never use it against us? The IRS has concurrently proven that to be a big fat lie.

Instead of clamping down on systemic immigration failures and being honest about Muslims and terrorism, they have chosen the route of invading the privacy of every American (excluding Muslim mosques!) and then they want to sniffle about the damage Snowden's leaking has done? What about the damage they have done to liberty? I hope Snowden is never caught, and I hope the fire under this government gets so hot that people burn. They deserve it.

I agree. I fear my government more than I fear terrorists. If I didn’t have family here, I would move to another country, and never come back.
God Bless America, and please hurry.

Which countries are more free than here? (Seriously, I'm asking...)
I am not a lawyer, nor have I played one on TV, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, nor should anything I say be taken as legal advice. If it is important that any information be accurate, do not use me as the only source.

I was thinking about Belize. My daughter has made a couple of trips there and she says that people are too laid back to get into anyone else’s business. She had a picture of her first husband standing beside a traffic sign that said “go slow”.

She said that the bus leaves “when it is full” and when meeting someone, an hour either way is "on time".

Living in Houston and going to Belize was quite a culture shock.

I retired last July and now live in a town in South Texas so small that some offices at the Court House close for lunch. I lived in Houston for 20 years and I am starting to get used to this slower pace of life.
God Bless America, and please hurry.
