Story coming out of Michigan that has an old WW2 vehicle with converted guns traipsizing around town firing its weaponry. Despite ostensibly being less than lethal, this guy managed to scare & piss off a bunch of residents in town.

One of the northern suburbs. Still basically part and parcel of the general Detroit metro area.

Some say there's something in the water that makes these types of things seem reasonable to folks up there....

Soooo... They arrested him and confiscated his vehicle, then released him the next day without charges. Begs the question -- did they return the vehicle?
