sending in renewal?

good morning,

well i took my renewal, and now have the CHL-100 form. Is there anything else i need to get to the state? i logged into the dps site a few months ago when i got the notice in the mail and paid and such. I vaugely remember coming to a screen that i needed to print, so of course my printer was out of ink and would do nothing. Now when i login the site reads.......

sorry for the dumb questions, but what do i need to do next? if all i need to do is send in the CHL-100, is there an option to just scan it in and email it?

I printed and sent in the page with the barcode on it.
If you included an email address they sent you an email containing that document.
I think it only stays on the system for 48 hours so try to find the email.
