U S Government gives 1.5 million dollars to help Brazilian women stop smoking.

Certainly a noble cause that no one could object to.

There is still no money for White House tours.

Unless the feds are planning on these women moving to this country and becoming citizens on Obamacare in the future, I'm not seeing how this is helping US interests in any way....

Then again, this country gives away billions every year to questionable causes overseas...and in this country too for that matter...
