Is his so-called banning mandated from on high? Who could possibly wield such god like power? An organization the rodeo clown worked for? A union?

From what I gather, he's only banned from the Missouri State Fair, which hurts because it's probably a big money draw for the performers like rodeo clowns. I do agree that this is outrageous and over-the-top to ban him like that.
