Nah, the patrol car and the wardens car appear to be '73 Dodge products. The instructors "double knit" plastic pants are a dead give away too.

Good information even if it is dated. The use of cover, protection from ricochets and familiarity with your gun is spot on. I have a little heartburn with the hip shooting especially with the shotgun. This was a great "blast from the past." Did anyone notice the guy in the gray uniform's draw stroke? He looked like he was bowling :banghead: I was waiting to see that revolver go flying. :evil2:

This goes to show that what a lot of "trainers" teach as latest and greatest is really just old school dusted off and recycled. :thumbs2: :coolgleamA: :tiphat:

The techniques are different than those teached these days. Draw with the arm extended rather than tight to the body and then extend, one handed shooting rather than two handed, the squat shooting, rather than straight leaning forward, etc

Just a reminder: Techniques and theories have evolved considerably since then.

What was once state-of-the-art may now be considered ineffective and possibly dangerous.
