I had the same problem with my Xdm 45 c I bought some ammo from a Freedom munitions and had about 7 miss-fires. However my grandson was pulling the trigger, we waited before ejecting the round I looked at the primer and a few had a slight dent and some the striker did not hit the primer at all ie.. no marks on it. I was not sure if my Grandson was not giving the trigger a reset or not. So after all was done I reloaded all of the miss fires and they shot fine under my trigger pull. When I bought the gun I had probems with the slide not returning I emailed SA and they sent me a new return spring and except for these missfires the gun works great. There was a difference in the spring length. :txflag:

Been shooting all sorts of stuff through my XDm9 and Hi Power since the ammo shortage began:

Monarch, American Eagle, Independence, Lawman, Freedom Munitions, some brass cased, some steel cased...

No issues with any of it...
