10 days - That's what I hear from people, who ordered from them. They do charge for shipping, however.

Seems I read 10-14 days somewhere. I have one on order and a shell - will be a week tomorrow and no signs of it shipping on their web site today - just says processing, but CC has been charged. Ordered a Remora holster same day and it arrived today.

Thanks...I have ordered but didn't think to look at turnaround until after the purchase was made.

Received notice of shipment this morning from AlienGear (PT92w/Rail & PT24/7Pro) and Kholster (M&P40C) ordered on 8/20. If lucky, might get by Saturday 8/31, but most likely 9/3

Kholster usually ships with a 2 day delivery method. When I receive my notice on Thursday (for instance) — I get the holster on Saturday. I don't know about AlienGear, but I have ordered 4 holsters from Kholster and all of them came in 2 days after the notice... I am positive you will get the Kholster on Friday...

Received my Kholster for M&P40C last Friday - sent the following email to Jimmy:
Received subject holster today. One of the main reason’s I prefer the Kholster’s is due to no part of pistol being in contact with body/skin (Texas Hot). So when I slipped the M&P40C into the new Crescent you can imagine my disappointment that slide/muzzle extended past leather bottom approximately 1/2”+. Had the shell been 1/2-5/8” higher, it would barely cover top/heel and muzzle. So my question is twofold – one, can I exchange for a Crescent with the shell higher so the barrel/slide/muzzle does not contact skin OR exchange for a Full Moon with the M&P40C shell ??
My apologies for being a pain.
Received the following in response:
No worries. You are not being a pain. We are here to serve you. We will send you a replacement that suites your needs and will include a prepaid return label. Use the one you have until you get the replacement. We’ve got you covered!!!

Exactly. Jimmy gets you hooked immediately. And he doesn't get you simply by providing a great service. He also hooks you by a high quality product with an extremely reasonable price and the kind of warranty that makes you never worry! No arrogance, no attempts to search for loopholes to prevent returns, no waiting for weeks to get a response. Just a good old TRADITIONAL AMERICAN businessman, who respects his customers and takes great care of them. I bought 4 holsters, and one of them I could really do without, but I just wanted to get one more from Jimmy... and so I did.
