After all, it was in Pittsburgh, 4am in a dark alley and the man was acting strange, yeah and wearing a hoodie and I think nothing else. He was carrying his black "Guitar Hero" shorts in his hand. I would be in fear of my life too.

The quotes in the article are hilarious..."he wasn't doing anything" or "he wasn't acting erratic or anything..." or "his privates where covered by his hoodie..." whatever. It's 4am in an alley....he's removed his boxer shorts and is walking home half naked. We are obviously talking about a responsible, law-abiding citizen, who probably greeted the officer with a smile and a pleasantry.

Given his strange behavior and the fact the he didn't comply with the officer's order to drop what was in his hands, he is solely responsible for the consequence.

Since the incident took place in Altoona, about 85 miles from Pittsburgh, it's comforting to know you aren't being critical of Pittsburgh PD and it's officers.
