It looks like there are several Grainger's near you-or at least in your area. http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/wwg/br ... chValue=TX
I highly recommend you pull the fan motor and capacitor (might there be two-start and run?) and take them with you or give them a call. It's my understanding that you can save quite a bit with them. Here's the capacitor page http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/capaci ... sst=subset
Hope this helps. I know your pain, we just went through this last month and I'm still hurting from the bill! Good luck.

There is a place on Rogers in Irving--ACR Supply. They will sell to the GP on most things. You may have to pay an open up charge though

Had the capacitor on my fan give out a few weekends ago. To get me to Monday, usually cheaper service, I just kick started the fan w/ a screwdriver. You have to turn your thermostat down low, run the a/c to cool the house for awhile, then shut it off. Do it again a few hours later. Not ideal, but it worked.

Best AC service I've ever come across. I believe they also do water heaters and such as well.
What impressed me the most was they offered me several options for what could have been an expensive repair, from "handyman fix" (just replace a part) to "here's what I would do if I were you". Quality service, fair price, flexible attitude.
