And some cities (like Bolivar) restrict OC to those with a valid CHL. It's a shame it's not more uniform across the state, but it's still nice to see that most cities give citizens the option.
And others, like Cape Girardeau, ban open carry of ANY firearm completely. That is the whole issue with it is you never know from city to city what is allowed. At least there is state premption on concealed carry with a license.

I saw this and had to watch it several times. That was disturbing, then funny, & then impressive. :thumbs2:

I'm happy for the clerk, he kept his cool and whatever was said, as I recall his tv interview he said he cussed, it was just what that guy needed to have a wake up call.
