I understand the renewal applicant is supposed to sign an affidavit about the new laws. Will that be posted as a down loadable form?

I'd suppose that since the renewal process is to be completely online, the affidavit will be handled much the same as the affidavits for a new applicant during the online process. Maybe. Probably?
