I highly doubt any of the mostly non-liberal people on this board are "anti-cop." When my son wanted to be a cop I fully supported him. I considered the FBI when I left the military. It's not "anti-cop" to expect LEO's to face consequences for their actions, like the rest of us have to do, nor is the attitude that law enforcement is always right "pro-cop" --it's just pro-unaccountability, which will ultimately lead to a large population of citizens who really are anti-cop.

Does a dog getting shot have anything to do with this tragic thread?
Yes and no. No, it doesn't directly; but yes in the sense that it was in response to mamabear's comments about law enforcement and how they evaluate a potentially lethal situation.
