Met Longtooth today!

Last week I had a request from Longtooth to help him out by certifying his proficiency for his instructor renewal. We set a time and date, and Longtooth came down from Angelina County to the "big city" of Beaumont to do his proficiency test today.

After we shot the two guns we burned a little extra powder then grabbed a bite of lunch before he turned his vehicle north. LT is a very nice guy, I'm happy to have met him and was able to help a fellow instructor out.

I met LT at one of the TSRA gun shows a few years ago. You are correct sir, he is a great guy

Thank you gentlemen. You are both very kind. I do thank you MoJo for the help. The great thing is you kept me out of Houston. Beaumont was a real stress point for this Deep East Texas RedNeck but Houston just makes a nervous wreck out of me.
Total trip about 80 miles shorter than Friendswood.
I would like to visit w/ them again too. Hope to see a bunch of you at the Gun Show one year in the near future.
Good to get to meet you too & glad to find your wife doing better.
