TJ, his friend actually wasn't the only one saying there were shots. the reports were ACTIVE SHOOTER and they were looking for a man in scrubs with a rifle. I was watching the FB comments coming in from people locking in closets. several thought they were hiding from a shooter. so please settle down. this was pretty scary stuff for San Antonio. It's suppose to be the safest hospital in the area, it's new, it's the hospital that did my husband's brain surgery, so we feel a pretty close relationship to it.

Just read what the people that thought they heard gunshots were actually hearing fireworks near the hospital. Makes sense to me. Untrained people being told there is an active shooter and to take cover where they are hearing fireworks and thinking it was gun shots.

Thankful it ended well.
