The headline and text do not accurately portray the decision or the basis therefor. However much you dislike it, please at least stick to what happened, or, if you must, start your comments with "Once Upon A Time..." so we know.
I don't appreciate wasting time trying to find the part of the opinion where this Federal judge decided "....expanded bans on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines were legally sound because they served to undermine civil rights protected by the Constitution."
