I used to frequent BBW (was smoke free) in Mansfield, but since they now allow smoking in the bar I have stopped going. I like their boneless wings and on Weds the kids meals are .99 cents. The blazin sauce on the boneless wings was a little to much for me, that was more punishment than I wanted. They were not posted except for the usual unlicensed possession of a firearm.

I went by the one in Lewisville and there it was "Buffalo Wild Wings BANS GUNS on the premises"

Just a FYI....

I hate their service so not a loss...

Maybe I am confused. This signage does not apply to CHL's....right? I have seen various no gun signs of one kind or the other at many places and I just walk on in. Toys are us is one of the places that bans guns on it's premises. I usually won't avoid a place that simply does the unlicensed carry ban. Now if they do the 30:06 I am out of there!

This is not a 30.06 compliant sign and this is a newly placed sign as I was there 2 or 3 weeks ago.

I will go in, I will buy thier sauce (maybe eat some wings, but rarely) to go.

Just doing an update.

UPDATE- still No valid 30.06 and I still enjoy eating wings there. The day I encounter a 30.06 is the day I go looking for a new wing joint. Until then, pour me a Guinness and bring me a large order of Mango Habanero traditional wings.

The food at that place is utterly disgusting! Gun ban or not, save yourself from a case of food poisoning. Don't go into the one in Plano. Employees are rude, manager obviously has no clue. Keep out... Take my word for it.

Mango Habanero is my favorite sauce also! Guinness is great too. Just hope your gun is at home when you do enjoy one. :coolgleamA:

Having inspected the store on 75, I don't recall seeing any significant issues that could lead to a food borne illness. They have straight A's over the last three inspections and I did the most recent. I cannot do anything about poor service. I can attest to the safety of their food.

That is great. But coming from my first hand account, that place is disgusting. A+ rating only means on the day you were there they met the minimum requirements to pass the test. Unless you have a video camera on the place 24/7, health inspection ratings mean little to nothing. I watched them drop chicken wings on the floor, scrape them up and throw them back into the bowl for cooking. I almost got in a fight with them over it. How about that?

Stay out of that place folks. The anti gun stance alone is enough reason. The filthy conditions when they think nobody is looking is secondary.

Just curious...What rating do you give that IHOP on 75 between 15th and Plano Pkwy? We haven't gone back in there since we spotted the waiters in the kitchen sucking nitrous from the whip cream cans.

From the business view-

1. no sign- sockermoms(M/F) unhappy.
2. 30.06 sign- CHL unhappy.
3. "no guns" - all happy ($$$)
I like how you think.

Another reason not to frequent Buffalo Wild Wings.

IME Wings N More in College Station is the standard by which all other wings are judged.

Boneless wings  Gun and smoke issues aside...how does that work?
