The real story here is that a lady you never met talked you into eating something that looked like play dough over the telephone. I need to get her number and offer her a sales position.WildBill wrote:puma guy wrote:When I tried Campbell's split pea soup the first time I had to call them. That sounds delicious ....Abraham wrote:Haggis: Made of sheep's or calf's viscera minced with oatmeal and suet and onions and boiled in the animal's stomach - How long's it been since you ate a steaming bowl of Haggis?

If the haggis description didn't roll your tummy over I think you are good!
I enjoy and occasional bowl of Cream of Chicken soup myself. - I use 1/2 milk and 1/2 water. I also make my tomato soup with milk instead of water.
Hope you feel better, the advice to dilute with water might be a good idea - help your tummy digest and pass on that milk product.

Well, since you guys ate the "place" instead of the food at the place I guess none of the rest of us will get an opportunity to try it out. Very selfish of you!03Lightningrocks wrote:We just got done eating a place called the Brazilian Steak House. My first time eating there. Beat the heck out of that soup I ate last night.
That soup must have been really bad if brick-and-mortar was better.

Haven't been desirous of eating split-pea soup since watching "The Exorcist".puma guy wrote:When I tried Campbell's split pea soup the first time I had to call them. How could you eat the split pea play dough?! Lol.
If you carry a gun, people call you paranoid. Nonsense! If you carry a gun, what do you have to be paranoid about?
