Finally, I got everything together and sent in today. The court documents from the arrest came in pretty fast. So now will be the waiting time. I'm just going to plan on three months, but hopefully it won't be that long.

PS - can anyone tell me how soon, reasonably, one can email DPS and ask about a PIN?
