This sight is in Russian, so it needs a bit of explanation...
Click the dot on the trigger guard to start. You have 30 seconds to get off 3 shots at the target. As more time passes, the shooter's aim wanders more and more.
After your 3 shots, your score is shown in the upper right corner:
A box will appear when you're done. Click on the top line in the bottom half of that box to start again.
