This works right in line with the other thread discussing shooting a fleeing individual. It doesn't appear that the homeowner will be charged.

They only mention the one shooting but knowing how inaccurate the news media is, anything's possible.

My bad. I was working off a write up from another website. There is a follow up story that states the individual who was killed was actually shot outside the home, but was facing the homeowner when he was shot.
