Michigan homeowner shoots fleeing robbers

This works right in line with the other thread discussing shooting a fleeing individual. It doesn't appear that the homeowner will be charged.

Where did it say they were fleeing?

"...The man fired his gun, striking one of the intruders inside the home on Bradley Avenue near Court Street. ..."

And then

"..Three other suspects were also arrested and lodged in the Flint City Lockup pending home invasion charges..."

They only mention the one shooting but knowing how inaccurate the news media is, anything's possible.

My bad. I was working off a write up from another website. There is a follow up story that states the individual who was killed was actually shot outside the home, but was facing the homeowner when he was shot.
