nah just make everyone get an air breathing license.....seems to be the remedy for everything else....

Except the license will be for the exhaling part only, as it contains the Supreme Court ruled pollutant Co2.

Some would be denied. It is the future. I am quite sure.

And if they license it, then they can tax it too! What a fabulous idea!

What about those that can't afford their own air, much less taxes on it?
